AIG Book Club
3rd Grade and 4th Grade Students

Estes has an after school book club for 3rd and 4th Grade AIG students! The goals of this Club include the following:
- To expose students to a variety of genres
- To allow them ample time to analyze the text, make
connections and relate topics and events to themselves, their community and the
world
- Further develop verbal expression of ideas and feelings
- Learn to recognize and appreciate the perspectives of others
- Make reading a social experience as well as an individual
activity
- Ignite interest in other topics that will lead to research
thus increasing content knowledge
Families, you will need to provide
transportation for your child on these days.
