for Summer 

 Stay Hydrated
Kids need at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. They may need more if they are outside or exercising!
 Get 5 A  Day
Everyone needs to eat at least 5 healthy vegetables and/or fruits everyday!
Eat 5 a Day
 Enough Rest
Even though days are longer in the summer, it is imperative that children still get 8-12 hours of sleep each night.
 Screen Time
NO MORE than 1 to 2 hours of screen time a day! Get outside and play!!!
